I work with founders and leadership teams to build the post-sale operation that turns new customers into long-term, growing revenue.
With 25 years in AdTech, MarTech and SaaS, I operate at C-suite level as both a fractional leader and advisor. I'm typically brought in when a business is growing on paper but the post-sale operation (onboarding, customer success, expansion) is actively costing them in churn, margin and missed expansion. Most recently I built that infrastructure from scratch at RTB House, growing UK revenue from £5M to £19M over five years. Before that I led a PE-driven cost-to-serve transformation at Mapp Digital across a 60-person global Professional Services organisation.
My focus is the operating model that sits between winning a customer and retaining and growing them. It is the part a lot of businesses underinvest in until it becomes an expensive problem.
